Pastel Christmas Card

Hi Everyone I wanted to share with you the Christmas card I made using the colors from the JustRite challenge this week, the challenge is to make a card using pastel pink, yellow and blue.  This is a really hard combination for me to use as I tend to stay away from pastel colors when making a card, but I guess that's why it is a challenge.
For this card I used JustRite's background stamp "Snowfall".  I stamped this on white cardstock and embossed it using clear embossing powder and clear ink.  I then inked over it using Worn Lipstick Distress Ink.  I layered the card using Spellbinder's "Marvelous Squares", "Classic Squares", and  "Ironwork Motifs". The ornament stamp and greeting is from JustRite's stamp set "Noel Christmas Ornaments".

  1. Looks like those colours work for you after all! These colours are beautiful done like this as a Xmas card. I've got to check out that b'ground stamp now,I'm intrigued. I don't remember seeing it before and it's so pretty on this card. Love the ribbons!!!!
