Guest Designer at The Butterfly Challenge

Hi everyone I was lucky enough to win a challenge at The Butterfly Challenge, and Mrs. A has asked me to be a Guest Designer for her challenge this week. So Lucky! I love her challenge because you always have to incorporate a butterfly somewhere on your project. I love using butterflies, so I try to play along with her challenge as much as I can. The theme for the challenge this week is Butterflies and T is for Talisman. Talisman =  a species of charm engraved on metal or stone to which wonderful effects are ascribed. For my project you will notice that I have used a butterfly charm!

Here is my creation for this weeks challenge. I decided to make a Birthday card for one of my Crafty Peeps! I just love my crafty peeps they are the best!  I went with a pop-up book card fold, and I followed a tutorial at Splitcoaststampers you will find the link here.  I used Time to Flourish cardstock by Graphic 45, Spellbinders dies Imperial Square, Labels 42, Classic Squares, a Stampin up stamp was used on the inside of the card, and VersaMagic chalk in Pretty Petunia was used around the edges.

Guest Designer Challenge @ Scrapping 4 Fun Challenge

To create this card I used Graphic 45 stamps from Time to Flourish, and Botanical Tea. Stampendous stamp Birthday Wish. Graphic 45 Time to Celebrate paper pads 6X6 and 8X8. Memory Box die Jasper Leaves. JustRite Custom Die Vintage Label & Banner Die. Spellbinder dies Lacey Circles, Standard Circles (LG), and Delicate Doilies. Momento ink Rich Cocoa. Distress Ink Peeled Paint. Wink of Stella clear brush and I used Spectrum Noir markers to color.
